Advisory_Board_Case_studyWe have some incredibly exciting news here at River Logic! The Advisory Board has published a case study of the work that we and our close partner CGI have done at Jewish General Hospital. Below is a summary of the case study. Due to copyright laws, we ask that you please visit this link to access the full study.

"In Jewish General Hospital (JGH) faced severe financial pressures due to increased numbers of incoming patients and new budget constraints.

Hospital administrators decided to use a computer model of the hospital to identify areas where they could address the facility's budget and capacity issues, without compromising exceptional quality of care.

This case study describes how JGH's leaders used the model to map resource consumption, what they learned from the process, and how they plan to use this strategy again."

You may access the full case study through this link. Please note that River Logic is not engaged in any sort of financial agreement with the Advisory Board to promote content.
