Since 2008, Ms. Keating has been the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for Frito-Lay North America, the $14 billion convenient foods business unit of PepsiCo. She is responsible for Frito-Lay’s Supply Chain, which includes operations in the United States and Canada. During her time as SVP, Frito-Lay North America has doubled its productivity over historical levels and has built and is executing a go to market transformation strategy to further advantage Frito-Lay for the next decade.

Prior to her current role at Frito-Lay, Ms. Keating was Vice President Commercialization and Supply Chain for Frito Lay North America from 2004 to 2008 and VP of Logistics and Warehousing from 2001 to 2004 and VP of Operations for the Frito-Lay North Division from 1998 to 2001. She has spent over 30 years with PepsiCo, prior to which she held a leadership position at Proctor and Gamble. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA degree from Georgia State University.
Andy Lees, the second new member of River Logic’s board, is an investor and strategic business advisor for growing businesses. He was at Microsoft for 23 years working in the UK subsidiary for the first 10 years in a variety of sales and marketing leadership roles before moving to Microsoft’s US headquarters in 2000. As the Corporate Vice President for North America Sales, Marketing and Services and Worldwide Field Marketing, Lees was responsible for growing all aspects of Microsoft’s North American business and setting the worldwide go-to-market strategy. He led a team of over 6,000 people delivering over $10B in revenue.
In 2006, Lees moved to Microsoft’s product divisions to become the Senior Vice President responsible for defining product and business strategy where he successfully grew Microsoft’s server & tools business by 50%. In 2009, Lees become the President of the Windows Phone Division, reporting to the CEO, where he revamped the R&D team, redefined the technical and business strategy and doubled Microsoft’s mobile market share.

The addition of two new board members reflects the rapid growth River Logic has experienced over the last year. With this, its recent expansion to the European market, the addition of many new roles within the company and an increased focused on growing its partner channel, River Logic is well-positioned to lead the way in making prescriptive analytics the key differentiator between successful and unsuccessful companies.
